My samsung members app notices saying that update 10 for note 9 is already completed but m still on andriod 9 pie ...whats the issue my device not get it ? Its eligible for the update

I looked at your other post... the thing with foreign smartphone models is that you *CAN NOT* update it outside Malaysia. Also please mention your model number for more help on getting your Android 10 update with One UI 2.

how can i get the update?? i contact samsung pakistan and malaysia also but they said i have to wait and here in pak andriod 10 update for note 9 is already completed i dont know what to do now

Do it manually bro..i have note9..i updated my Note with ODIN...ITS official Samsung Flasher..
Do it with 0% tenshion

I too have Malaysian XME SN960F, and samsung pakistan manipulated me for good 2 months and at the end they said we cannot update as updating it will damage your hardware...SERIOUSLY that's the lamest thing I have heard. Anyhow I did my research and finally updated it by flashing through ODIN back in JAN and since than I have recieved 2 OTA security patches and device is running smooth.
