add this feature with oreo update

with new update of oreo...add connection speed at the notification bar so it should be easily available with us to find the connection speed...!!!

randomly you can check the network you areusing how much speed its giving for internet...and whats its connectivity...most of the phones have this feature....if i am using a flagship phone that feature should be available....!!!
