YouTube app got stuck in recents app menu

Since last 2 days I'm noticing that as soon I clear the YouTube app from recents app menu either individually or by clear all option and get to the home screen , the YouTube app automatically gets active in background and again appears of the recents app menu..... 

dispite of turning off background usage specifically for YouTube,

and turning on  sleep option as soon as I leave the YouTube. 

I tried force closing , 

Clearing cache , 

Clearing data , 

Restating , 

Removing app from lock or pin mode ... 

If some one knows how to cure it please help..

Best thing is remove youtube app ,restart your phone and download YouTube again from play store. Mark it as solution if it works for you by clicking 3 dots

did that also but as soon as I reinstalled it again got stuck.... didnt work out

It worked for someone else who had same issue. Do you have goodlock installed, if yes remove it too . You can always install it later. try after doing this.
