I will file a case in consumer court against samsung and its care if my issue is not resolved.

I have galaxy note 10 lite under full warranty

4 months ago i updated the phone to android 11 and one ui 3.1

After that my both front and camera starts lagging
While taking videos

I went to service center they updated my phone again ..but issue was not resolved

Again i went back ro service center

And after 3 months they replaced my
Both front and back camera
And motherboard .
And today i got the phone

But still my issue is not resolved
Your customer care have no solution , service center have no solution

Both customer care and service center are telling wait for an update for which i'm waiting for 4 months

If you don't have any solution then replace my set
Otherwise will really take legal action this time.

Yes, file a case asap on samsung, then only samsung will understand. Nowdays samsung is taking undue advantages of its goodwill.

If its a software level issue, then it won't go away even if you get a completely new device. I suggest waiting for a new software update to see if that fixes the issue. I recommend using Samsung Smart Switch PC to update your phone.

Nothing will help. Its time to shake Samsung. So file the case in consumer court. You will surely get good help
