Wifi issue on 5ghz

My note 20 ultra wont recognise 5ghz wifi. Any solution other then changing channels on router. If i change channel on router to above 100 , it works but that is not the solution i am looking for. U dont have router control everywhere. Why it does not recognise channel 33 44 etc

There is an option in wifi settings. Toggle it to 5GHA for 2.5

Sorry man, tried but couldn't find now. Might be disappeared after the update. Same happened with Note 10+
