Wifi Issue with Samsung Note 10 Plus

Hi 
Currently i am using Samsung Note 10 Plus which I bought in December 2019. 

I am facing wifi disconnecting issues from past couple month. Whenever wifi is ON and connected - and later if i turn on Bluetooth or location then wifi disconnects automatically. 

Spoke with support team and tried these things 
1. Tried from safe mode 
2. Resting network settings 
3. Reset all settings 
4. Factory reset phone. 

Tried all things but same thing is happening. And wifi keep disconnecting. For better understanding i have recorded Video. Please do check.

did u do the second step .. download complete firmware through smart switch

no it's a official one. you warranty will not expire. smart switch downloads the total software and installs. but your phone should have the update available.

no bro this is Samsung authority site ... u even ve app called Samsung smart switch... just check in ur phone ... no worry about warranty and all

Since you have tried all safe steps listed in your original post here is 2 things you can do. Firstly, try using your friends wifi with your phone and check if it gets disconnected. Secondly if issue is still there then visit Service Center. Nothing else will resolve your problem.

tried with different wifi networks, tried with different routers (tp link and Cisco), also tried with different mobile hotspots (airtel, Vodafone and jio) and at the end also tried with Jio wifi dongle.
For all its same.

I have posted video as in one comment regarding different wifi network.

I will visit service center. But in this covid situation service centers are open?

Samsung has whatsapp helpline. Some centers are opened. Go to notices and you will get details.
