Why level of battery charge in plateu at 80% for long time ?

Phone was not used during this time. It was connected to power overnight. Why the level of charging standstill at 80%?

Did you tried another phone charger or usb cable? is there any 3rd party optimisation apps, 🤔 or Microsoft launcher, 😊 We can add a max charging limit in windows ,😇 may be yours have changed form android to windows 🙃 who knows? 🤫😪 sad though about your situation😬😨
