Firstly sign in your Google account on your phone then download whastapp from Playstore, if Playstore isn't responding well Go to your phone settings > Apps then look for these 2 applications Playstore & Google Play Services, clear Cache & data and also disable and enable on both applications then restart your device and continue with downloading your whastapp on Playstore
