Gudmorning everyone 

I have a problem of Whatsapp notification that pop up like messenger heads

I went in settings notifications and change it to sound only but untill now its poping up

And the heads can go unless u open the message

I need help

1. Go to Whatsapp settings, notification, and turnoff popup.

Or

2. Settings> advanced features > smart popup view and turn it off.

If you get a popup on the centre of the screen try option 1.
If you get a chat head like messenger try option 2.

If this didn't work give us a screenshot how this notification popup.
