Whatsapp not restoring backup on note 10

Hi friends,

my whatsapp backup is not restoring on my new note 10

i tried too many times but it keep on stucking..

any idea ??

now whatsapp banned me for 208 hours

anyone can help with that too 😐

I sometimes had same isse but I was able to backup yesterday.

the only issue I have with samsung version of WhatsApp is, my notifications sound don't make sound when I receive message even when notification sound is on
