Whatsapp dual app issue

In dual whatsapp, not able to open any kind of documents neither can share it specially old files.

Any solution ?

Dual Whatsapp has become unstable now, All are waiting for the same update. Pls check the same in notice section mentioned by samsung.
Ps: You can't retrieve old files(more than 1 day) in dual whatsapp because of tech glitch as of now.
