Whatsapp background battery drain

Dear members , I have been using galaxy note 10 lite for past 20 - 25 days and what I find that battery performance is not consistent. SOT has varied from 3hrs to 8 hrs though my usage remains typical. Every time I find new background apps running which were earlier not found. I have attached my battery stats. What is amazing is some of the apps background running time. Any idea how I can minimize them. For ex. Whatsapp, Google, Google play services , camera light sensor and even one UI.

Any suggestions will be appreciated .

bro do these settings to save more battery life
1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option

4. developer option >background limit>no background processes.

5. Long press on each app specially 3rd party and rarely used app>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

6. Device care>battery >select "optimised and adaptive power saving.

Steps to enable developer option
settings >about phone>software information >then u find build number >tap 7 times>then back to settings
and at end of settings one new option called developer option
click on it and find that option

and do no.5 setting all your app which consuming more battery

and for Google do these extra settings
Settings>
Google>
Account service>
Search Assistant and voice>
Google assistant >
Click on 3dot at right top corner>
Google Activity Control>
Then disable 3 options;
1. Web & App Activity
2. Location History
3. YouTube History.

this is for not saving our battery. this won't use the battery at all. this is only for our privacy propose alone

thanks for such a detailed reply. I have already done most of your suggested points except point 5. my phone was doing that automatically , now I have manually disabled for many apps. let's See. I will update here shortly.

go for setting>device care>battery>app power management. then put the app to sleep when the app is not used

this itself will stop maximum background running of apps
