WhatsApp incoming calls and messages notification

I have note 20 ultra with android 12 (One UI 4.0). Since the time I have upgraded it, I am unable to see WhatsApp incoming calls and messages notifications while phone is locked. when I unlock it, all notifications come all togather. while normal messages and calls notifications working fine. Anyone having same issue?

Hi, please check whether battery optimization is turned on for WhatsApp.

Long press on WhatsApp icon
Select App info
Select Battery
Select Optimized or Unrestricted.

Please let us know whether it worked.

I have galaxy s10+ with andriod 12 (one ui 4.0).
Since i upgraded it yes my fcmb business mobile isn't working again i tried Uninstalled and installed back stil making same
