wifi calling in india is not available for commercial use
only selected users of airtel and jio can avail this feature ..
as you mentioned JioFi than you are talking about calling using JioCall app . if you want to use jiofi for call feature as well as sms than you must use Jiocall app as default calling app and exclude that app from battery optimization list
wifi calling is different ( known as VoWIFI in indian telecom sector )
please note if your device is capable of VoLTE than jiofi can not be used for calling, in this case jiocall app will automatically switch to sms only mode
Wifi calling is network based feature..currently no company is providing it..only Jio and airtel are in advanced testing phase..so talk to your network operator about wifi calling and get proper information👍👍👍
