Voice Over LTE

Does anyone have an idea why I can't activate Voice over LTE toggle on my note 9 while its activated on my note 8 ?

Both of my sim cards are new and from the same service provider.

Hi, try doing a network reset.
settings > general management > reset > reset network settings.
This will reset all your network related data including saved Wi-Fi networks, bluetooth devices, network preferences etc.
Before doing this just try swapping the SIM cards and check.

Hi, it was the sim card, I have to replace it, VOLte worked after swapping the sim card, thanks.
