VoLTE feature in Galaxy Note 8

Dear community,

I want to know if VoLTE feature is available on Galaxy Note 8 and how to enable it. Basically my 4G mobile data gets disconnected whenever I'm on a call or receiving or making calls. And I heard that the VoLTE feature enabled can resolve this issue?

Any idea on this?

How to get VoLTE feature for my A7 2017 (Dubai Made) , i can't make calls with jio due to this , can someone help ?
