Video Quality Decreased

Since yesterday i have been facing this problem. I can no longer play videos which i used to play in 4k or 1080p, all are limited to 480p. Even my Netflix videos are lowered to 480p.

Anyone facing this same issue or  any idea.

All the telecom operators have reduced the speed, OTT apps have reduced the streaming quality so that network will not get flood when people are doing WFH now a days
