Vibration on back panel in note 9 while playing media. Is it normal? Anyone facing this issue. All vibration settings OFF in my note 9.

by the way....how much did it cost you to replace the battery?...
cause mine needs a replacement too...

In order to resolve the issue, we suggest you to once check the issue by reducing the volume while playing any media.

If issue still occur, kindly visit the nearby Samsung service center.

After physically examine your device, service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.

Vibration is there on medium volume as well. I compared it with another note 9 in my family. Mine has more vibration as compared to other one on same volume levels. This started after battery replacement from service centre. I again visited service centre for this vibration issue, they inspected the device, changed the earpiece n top speaker, flashed software again, but issue still remains. What to do? Kindly suggest.

free of cost battery replacement ss mine had extended warranty. But out of warranty its Rs 1799 + gst.
