Updating firmware and security patch

I recently purchased a refurbished note 9 with android 9 with November 2019 security patch. I've tried to upgrading it to undroid 10 an ui 2.5 through Odin and I alot of obstacles with pit and bootloader fails. Should I just be patient, samsung will send them or I have to manually to it?

Bro it also failed as seen above. I think it needs the latest firmware

I tried even the latest one that I downloaded overnight for Indian INS but still the same result

Give it a final try with another data cable.

I left the Vietnam version downloading at home. Im gonna try tonight. If it fails I'll have to visit a service center

Note that, we are not supporting flashing/rooting or any unauthorized firmware which is illegal and it can harm your device security and it will affect your warranty too.
