Updating firmware and security patch

I recently purchased a refurbished note 9 with android 9 with November 2019 security patch. I've tried to upgrading it to undroid 10 an ui 2.5 through Odin and I alot of obstacles with pit and bootloader fails. Should I just be patient, samsung will send them or I have to manually to it?

You will get call recorder function and you will lose double tap on power button to open camera. Rest of the features seems common for both these firmwares

Bro, before you try flashing with Odin just try this.

Dial *#272*imei(your phones 15 digit imei for first sim slot without /01)#
Eg. *#272*333333333333333#

If there is a drop down list, select XXV from there. Your phone will reset. Check whether you receive OTA update after this process. I suggest you to remove the SIM card during this process.
