Update note 20 via smart switch

My Note 20 (not ultra) is still running on android 12 with July 2022 security patch. I have not received  UI 5 and android 13 OTA update. My question is can I update it via smart switch, and if yes how? I request for a detailed, step wise assistance. Thanks

smart switch is not for updating ur os,
it's for transferring data to new device

Download Smart Switch on PC, connect your phone using data cable.
Touch 3 dots on top right corner of Smart Switch PC app > Device Information. There you will see if any update is available or not.
