Kindly go to Samsung members app, and check if there is any notification regarding an update there, press the bell icon, and then the alerts option.
Or you can try to use Smart switch function by using USB cable and connecting the device to a PC or a Laptop. A pop up will show up with the update available on your device.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.
Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.
