Update May 2022 for Note 20 ultra

Yesterday I received the May 2022 updated but it unable to download the updated and when I check with my friends and another phone I found the same, why we can't cet the updated.

Kindly go to Samsung members app, and check if there is any notification regarding an update there, press the bell icon, and then the alerts option.

Or you can try to use Smart switch function by using USB cable and connecting the device to a PC or a Laptop. A pop up will show up with the update available on your device.
