Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, Logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with video.
We request you to kindly send us the error log file again along with the Video or Screen-shots within 15 minutes of issue occurrence through the error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Please send log within 2 ~ 3 minutes immediately after the problem occurs, and do not remove the process for up to 5 minutes to complete background log transfer.
