Unacceptance of issues post Beta 2.0- Camera and performance (Note 20 Ultra)

Wow.. 

Today, I got the msg that there is no issues with camera quality or performance. No color issues, no quality issues, no performance issues. 

I guess, m not the only one who is having issues with degradation of camera quality and performance. Am I..?? 

This happened during Beta version testing for Note20ultra.
They are not acknowledging the issues in beta.
Thats what you paid 100k for..??

What elso do you expect from a beta? Its LITERALLY A BETA update. Beta updates are released so that the users can report bugs to the developers. Didn't you read the terms and conditions before signing up for the beta?

We request you to kindly send us the error log file again along with the Video or Screen-shots within 15 minutes of issue occurrence through the error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Please send log within 2 ~ 3 minutes immediately after the problem occurs, and do not remove the process for up to 5 minutes to complete background log transfer.
