Unable to update or install new apps on Note 20

Tried to restore Play Store to factory version, but still no help. Updates and Installation fail. Cam anyone suggest a resolution?

Try uninstalling the app itself and reinstall them

what about galaxy store!! is it working??

Galaxy store is OK. Also have Huawei App gallery which is not able to update some apps as on Google Play store. Some apps are able to update on Google play store also...but majority cannot.

Hi,

I was also facing similar issue post Android 12 update on my S21Ultra, but i was having issue with one of the app only. Hope you are too facing same issue post Android 12 update only.
The solution is slightly weird. But it solved my issue. You may also give a try.

The device protection needs to be switched off. It can be done as

Settings >> apps >> show system apps >> device security - ( force stop & clear cache ).

By this, I could easily download the app which was not installing previously and I am using it too now.

Many Thanks. I managed to update 6 out of 12 pending updates as you suggested. It was quite useful. Strangely, 6 apps still unable to update.

Try clearing individual app's cache too prior doing this method.

And pls accept this as solution by clicking on the three dots against my reply.
