Unable to redeem my holiday factory voucher

Since I purchased my Note 7 I am trying to redeem my holiday voucher. There is an error message saying "pls enter valid IMEI" as attached. I tried both my IMEI number with all formats but no luck.
Any suggestion guys?

I called samsung and they resolved the issue. I had to enter the last 9 digits of the IMEI instead of the 15 digits. Samsung and holiday factory have to provide these instructions to users during booking.

so a lot of people say it's fake offer is it true or what? did try to use did you contact holiday factory

I booked the trip already on 16th september and called them to confirm. I am waiting for their confirmation as the trip is subject to availability. I will call them again and post any updates.

the trip did not happen on 16th september due to unavailability. this caused me to cancel and refund as i am unable to travel within the next 6 months but they deducted aed 250 per person as cancellation charges. Also the refund will take up to 90 day.
