Unable to download the software update

Dear all . I am facing a problem of software update . Not able tp download it either by mobile data or the wifi . Does any one faces this problem ??

My device is note20ultra 5g

Rest the mobile 2 time.
1 time rest the mobile and after 10 days rest it again then WiFi problem will be solved.
