UI 2.1 Says 8k Video Recording

Latest UI 2.1 says that we can record 8k Videos on our mobile phones.  Is it true for all the latest Flagship phones and compatible with Note10+ .... ??

What about bit rate at 8k .... fps..... videos width.... also practical benefits over 4k ... share on YouTube wasting data in Pandemic
