I got solution to your problem guys as i personally suffered from it.
Don't forgot to say thank you as i spent my time for you friends.
1. Launch "settings"
2. Go to "lockscreen"
3. Click on "secure lock settings
4. After entering the password/pin/pattern, turn on "local network and security"
