Why are we not able to auto rotate the screen while using the app drawer?? I should be able to use portrait as well as the landscape mode while using the app drawer. But unfortunately portrait mode is forced on us through TouchWiz and Samsung Experience. Is there a fix coming for this?
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that this is default OS feature from the Nougat & Samsung You can use your device in portrait and landscape mode if you are not able to do so please follow the given below steps :
1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences. 2) Please run your device in safe mode. 3) Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
