This is right time, Samsung has to test their customers satisfaction level as their sales dropping in India.

1. Why till now note 9 display issue not sorted out??? as we spent 80k product

2. Why they are using their own processor exynos only in India instead of Snapdragon ( they can use of their product equal to Snapdragon (

3. Why only in India?

4. Why customer care replying with the standard template answers

5. I have sent the note 9 display issue feedback two times but got standard reply as factory reset and visit nearby service centre.

6. Why should I visit service centre and spend money for display issue??? As the issue started becoz of their march update. 

7. Half of the price other products are in the market giving more customer care , not Samsung.
