Am I only one who faced this problem of frequently getting restart every 5 mins and also mobile start to feel like a hot chocolava? If not please help me fix it. I am using galaxy note 9 tho.

Bro then you should contact Service Center as soon as they open up after this lockdown. Till them try changing your phone while switching it off.

after the format..its working..the issue is solved ig..but mobile is over heating..if I change the battery it will be alright ?

changing battery wont solve the over heating problems I guess.
