To be honest I bought my Note7 from London..3rd day after launch through non direct samsung dealers and it was purchased as it is from a freind without anything...too much I was excited about it. so you consider this as 1 day used device. i had no issue thanks God whats so ever until now. i was totally amazed how Samsung bravely handled such issue...simply call you local and scheduled a pickup for new one regardless of mine's situation. thanks God it was UAE gulf specs.
this the difference between great companies or Nothing companies world-wide. so thank you Samsung..you handled this issue right.
