Switching to 21 Ultra But..?

Hey guys, 

Need your advise here, am switching from note 9 to 21 ultra 256 GB. The thing is 21 ultra does not come with SD card slot.

Now what is the best way to transfer the SD data to the new phone ?? Without losing to much space ??

Or use xender share it like 3rd party app
Or buy type c usb and transfer

keep a back up flash drive and save it there.. i have galaxy note 10 and as i need to use 2 sim cards, i have to ditch using a memory card. still it is okay, i just transfer my files specially photos and vids to hard drive
