Because A71 comes with Android 10 bases and getting Updates of Android 11 and Android 12. So it will get Optimized much better than note 9 and A71 is better to use
i am a samsung user my first device is samsung galaxy c5 and till now i m using samsung and i m not using any device more than 6-7 months and i also provide reason to change u can see in above comments
bro believe me note 9 12+12mp back cam and 8mp front cam provides much better photos and videos than a71 exynos 9810 is still better than snapdragon 730
