Strange Alert

Hi, 

Im using a Samsung Galaxy Note10+ and from the past few days I have been getting this strange Alert noise on my phone. I am using a U.A.E device.

I used to get this Emergency Alert during the Lockdown but with a message. 

But now a strange tone without any warming message, So I'm sure its not from the government.

Its just randomly beeps/buzz.

I switched off the accessibility noise also from settings inspite of that it still continues.

In my U.A.E device i dont not have an option of turning off Amber Noise.

Also i went to my setting and switched off the Emergency alert Buzz.

Can anyone provide me a solution.

me having same issue earlier it will be when the emergency message comes now randomly and no any notification

Hi , I am also facing same issue from past few day, thanks @nezmervin for explaining issue in such a brief and good way.

please someone help to OFF this strange alert beep as this is very annoying and bad sound,

hi I am also facing same issue from last week and it is same ringtone as emergency message for lockdown. I have tried installing antivirus and switched all notifications but still sound comes very often. @ Samsung support_specialist, please support as this weired sound comes in middle of night as well

the frequency reduced a bit but the issue is still persisting @Samsung_specialist

i have same issue in my galaxy note 8, it's started after updating security patch level, how can i resolve this issue?

for me also it had started after software update was done

I have spoken to Samsung customer care but not a positive response and same here from specialist. its very iritating sounds comes in middle of night. It is been a month with this issue. I see samsung not taking it seriously.

try to turn off your internet connection if not required, for me it reduce the frequency of beeps if my internet is turned off
