My note 10+ 5G on one ui 3.1 doesn't have Video Call option on stock phone app. I however have it on the Note 9 one ui 2... any reasons why this is not there and how to activate it?

I don't have that option. Duo is blocked in UAE. I don't understand why it still comes pre-installed

Duo is not blocked in all the GCC countries. I was in Bahrain, there all the Internet calling app still works. Duo, WhatsApp, Skype, etc. The only app that was blocked in Bahrain was Telegram.

The devices with XSG version is not only sold in UAE, the same device variant is sold in other GCC countries also. That's why it comes pre-installed.

Hi,
VoLTE must be turned on innorder to use video calling in default dialer. In my case, VoLTE can't be turned on for my du simcard and working fine on my etisalat sim. So I can make video calls with etisalat sim and cannot with du.
If VoLTE is on, then you can chose the default video call app by clicking the three dot on the right, select MAKE VIDEO CALL USING then select DEFAULT PHONE APP. You have to also make sure the sim with VoLTE should be set as the default sim for calls.
