Dear team,
I'm not sure about other people but I have come across my Spen is not working on particular area of touch screen (It's the area on the right side of screen next to defult pen sign when you take out your pen) and I have noticed while I was drawing something in the notes and on my friend phone same problem. it seems like another factory fault same as battery. while I checked another friends note3 and pen working on all area of touch screen. I have given my feedback to Samsung but no proper answers or explanation given to me. support team just said Samsung replacing all note7 globally but that was due to battery issue not a software issues. I also send note drawing pictures as well one from Samsung note application and second from stand by screen.
I wonder if other people facing same problem or not and what Samsung is doing to fix it.
