Spen connection issue

My Spen is showing disconnected from my phone in my note 9 . This happened to me nearly six months ago and I cleared the Bluetooth caches and data and reset my Spen which then worked but now it doesn't . Is there any other method to resolve this issue other than buying a new one .

I not issue of bluetooth. and what is bloothooth cash? s pen connect automatically to every device with s pen.
