Hi, What it shows if you tap on Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Samsung note 9 official update you can't get because Samsung no give new update... but any software you can upgrade from playstore or galaxy store

Kindly try to clear the cache of the apps that are not working:

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
