Some Untalked Updates in One Ui 3.1

After Updating to one ui 3.1 in Note 20 U some cool features were seen.

1. RCS messaging option via Samsung messages. (Tried sending and works fine with Airtel)

2. Samsung Dex is completely polished and nice ui changes are seen. More apps supports and optimises the desktop screen aspect comapred to 3.0

These two are some major important updates which were not covered in changelog. There may be more but to my sight i found these.

I just got the 3.1 update for my unlocked Note20 Ultra and don't have RCS.
