Solution - Samsung Notes error after update.

Hi members, 

I have noticed some of the member's post that they are unable to open old notes after they updated Samsung Notes app. Here is the solution that worked for me. 

• Long press on Samsung notes icon
• Select app info
• Scroll down and select install unknown apps
• Turn the toggle on
• Open Samsung Notes and click on any old note
• It will notify you to install an add-on. 
• Press install. Next step will take a little time depending upon the speed of your network, once the add-on is downloaded a new screen will popup. 
• Press install again

Thats it. You are good to go. Check the below screenshots for more details.

Hello I just switch from Huawei so far good.

In our home located in Costa Rica we changed all 3 devices the mobile to A52s  and all are having the same issue 

I did installed Samsung notes from Galaxy Store but when tried to follow the steps is providing the following error

basically the file is not longer  there 

If you can upload de file so we can proceed will be really helpful
