I have samsung note 10 plus but my last update is December 2019 then not receive any new update.

any one tell me best suggestions.

Best suggestion us visit Samsung SC if you can.
2nd alternative is download Smartswitch both in your phone and PC and connect phone to PC with given USB cable and try to update. There are many videos on YouTube how to go about it.👍
