Significant battery problem with note 20 Ultra

Hello everybody, 

Is there any idea aboout how to retain the note 20 ultra battery for one day. I have to charge it twice aday. My usage is very light, no gaming no video and few phone calls. Power saving mode is always on and screen frequency is 60 hz.

And heating up problema as well.

Some people told after sometime the phone will learn my usage pattern and the battery performance will be enhanced.

I had note 3, 8 &9 and never had these issues with battery performance.

Please advise, shall I sell this junk or keep it?

So basically in a way you have destroyed your phone anyway because the first version of Android Oreo was the best version then came Android Pie in my experience I am using Galaxy M30 Indian variant doesn't matter from which country you buy your Samsung Galaxy smartphone or Tablet starting from Android Pie all have experienced a lot of issues till Android 10 and the next version as well never update your phone because of these new I don't know if it's old but still their marketing strategy is so bad and then here are you coming to this community or anywhere you could contact Samsung customer care service in any of your country region you bought your phone in. Now the lesson we have learnt is do not even upgrade from Oreo version ever even if you get new features you will still get new bugs and little and lags a lot!

I am using a Galaxy Note20 Ultra device which last for atleast 1.5 days with normal usage. From your post I can understand that you are not using your phone much. So, I suggest you to take your device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.

Hello, thanks for your reply. But surfing the community here there are multiple complaints from battery life. Could you please advise is your device a snapdragon version exynos?

I have a doubt , recently a new update is arrived in YouTube for playing 2160p resolution videos for phones , is that working for Samsung note 20 ultra in QHD mode, can u tell , if possible can u attach a screenshot of that , so it will be helpful for my decision
