Hey all of ya, From past few days I'm having serious issue with my note 20 ultra camera slow-motion feature. If I select specifically "slow-motion" feature on my note 20 ultra it get restart automatically . I did all troubleshooting steps still issue is persist. I want to ask all note 20 ultra user on samsung members community are you facing same issue ??
P.s : this issue started after recent software update.
I just had word with samsung custom care it's a software issue. March security patch was released with many bugs. Like camera issue, battery draining fast, overheating and etc.. So this issue can be fix only with new software update which is apparently it's on the way we could get by end of this week or may be at the end of month.
P.s. : some of the note 20 ultra user also reported the same issue.
