Selfie Camera face smudged

When I use the front camera, my face and the background are all smudged. This is surprising because the camera is 32MP. Is this a software issue?

try wiping the front camera. also make sure that u have disabled any kind of beauty filter.

if ur phone is under warranty then take it service center might be hardware issue

how come all devices have same issue..my friend also have same issue with front cam and mine phone too

Mostly it's a software bug. In low light, face gets smudged. Make sure that you have all face enhancing algo turned off. In my case, these was a separate face smoothen option hiding somewhere.
