Second Battery bar in Note 10+?

I recently bought a Note 10+ on the first day of the sale in India after prebooking it. It is a great device and I am loving the upgrade from Note 9. However, today while I was standing under the daylight, I saw a second battery bar displayed near the phone dialer (Marked in the screenshot). This battery bar is not at all visible when I am indoors. Similar issue arised when I saw a Note 8 with a friend and called the Samsung Authorized Service Center guy and he told me that this sign appears in a faulty display. It would be really greatful if someone from Samsung can assist me.

Does your telephoto camera vibrate little bit? Yes I have also same problem

this is not a battery bar.. this is ultrasonic fingerprint module..

I have this on the Note 8. Hope that has ultrasonic fingerprint too?
