Galaxy NoteThis is a manufacturing issue mainly on S20 series. But last in the last few weeks, saw this issue on a few Note 20 series as well 😐
So far the only solution is to replace the display. Usually, (without a Samsung care pack or any extended warranties)
they offer one year warranty period.

Galaxy NoteThe sad truth is that it might have been water damage. If you did not wipe off the water properly, water might have entered somehow though its iP68 rating manufacture clearly says that you can dipp it in Clear Water 1.5 meter for 30 minutes.
Try this method but if the green line is permanent, which means the display ic or the ribbon might have been damaged.
1. Power off the phone, let it cool down, then apply a bit of heat, use a hair dryer apply the minimum heat possible so that other components want get damaged apply the hear for 5 to 10 minits, let it cool down repeat it twice and then let it fully cool down and try powering it on if it still occurs you might need to get it check from an authorised service centre
