Screen cut on note 9

I have been facing screen cut issues evwr since i upgraded my phone software to ONE UI 2.0. It occura quite often and sometimes sveral times in a day.

The phone operates with top portion of the screen going blank. Refer below s

The only way to get rid of it is to restart the phone.

try restart your phone and delete the themes

i tried setting different themes and the issue keeps occurring with all the themes..
