Screen Burn in

I am using galaxy note 10 plus

And when I see bright colours I can barely see that my display has a burn in that my navigation bar and status bar are Burned in

But its barely visible only if you looked really closer for 5 seconds we can see

Is there any way to prevent it from getting worse?

And my friend suggested an app named dead pixel test and fix

Can I use that will this fix my issue?

Burn ins are irreversible! I got burn in in my Note 20 Ultra as well, tried a variety of methods, nothing seemed to work. As I have been using it for almost 1.5 years; I have decided not to do a screen replace cause that would cost me almost 16-18k including GST. and I think it's better to invest that money in purchasing a new device rather than fixing my old one.
