Good day. Can anyone share details about the escalation matrix for Samsung Voc. Their high headedeness in dealing a simple issue has been causing a lot of problems and my wife s phone is still at the service center from close to a week.
They have a defect which where in the color on the finger print scanner peels away. Now they say that it does not come under warranty. How the hell is that fair. Always used the phone with a spigen case worth 2k. This is really frustrating and would appreciate it if anyone shares any insights or contact information.
